GHOSTS OF GRIFFIN GATE - DINNER, GHOST HUNTING WORKSHOP AND INVESTIGATION
Friday, August 24th, 6 p.m. to Midnight
Come join us for a Ghost experience like no other! We'll be dining at the very haunted Mansion at Griffin Gate, Lexington's only 4 Diamond restaurant. Afterwards there will be a ghost hunting workshop, and then an investigation on the property. The cost for this evening is only $99 per person, and this does include your three-course dinner and a non-alcoholic beverage. This event is limited to 40 people; participants must be at least 18 years old.
The Mansion is not only one of Lexington's most beautiful antebellum remnants, it is also the home of souls long passed. The staff often reports occurrences which are unexplained, such as keys being moved, the fireplaces turning off and on by themselves, feelings of being watched, instances of being touched by unseen hands, cold spots, items being knocked from the mantles, and sightings of a little girl on the staircase. You can see the photos and EVP we have gotten during our investigations.
This special event begins at 6 p.m. and will end at Midnight. Your dinner choices will be:
Kurobuta Pork Loin (or other seasonal pork)
Seasonal Seabass
Seasonal Chicken
Vegetarian Dinner also available on request. Please tell us in the customer comments box when you register and pay.
You will also get Mansion Salad to begin your meal, and your choice of Chocolate soufflé or Seasonal Cheesecake.
Check-in will be at 6 p.m. Our three-course dinner will be served starting at 6:30 p.m. The history of the Mansion at Griffin Gate will be shared during dessert, and the workshop will begin afterward. We will demonstrate how to dowse for spirit energy, how to communicate with those spirits using the same dowsing rods, and how to capture the best photos and EVP. If time permits, we will also have a question and answer session with the members of PsyTech. The investigation will begin after the workshop.
There are several areas which we will be investigating, and all are known to be active. Remember to bring your camera!
Dowsing rods will be available for purchase if you would like a pair, along with candles, DVD's, and other items of interest to ghost hunters.

Though we see no real chance of it, schedules and prices may change; if this happens you will be notified. If prices change and you have already registered, you will not have to pay a higher price.
